What do I need to get started?
To register you will need to send an email to email@example.com with the following information:
- The group or team name
- mailing address
- main contact and their email address & phone number
Can I collect orders online?
Yes! We will set up a personalized webpage for each fundraising group that customers can go to and fill out an order form that gets emailed directly to you.
How do customers place orders?
You can collect orders from customers in any way you like. From verbally with cash in hand and a group member filling out a paper form, to online where a customer fills out an online form that then gets emailed to the designated group contact person.
How do customers pay?
Your group decides which payment methods you will accept from customers. Your customers must pay YOU directly. Their cheques should be made payable to you or your group. When ready to make the final order payment, a cheque can be made out to Rooted by the River Nursery.
Do I charge tax to my customers?
We are unable to give tax advice. Please contact your accountant to find out.
